IT Support Services

Call for Proposal:

The Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF) is an international non-profit organization promoting liberal democracy, human rights, good governance, economic freedom, and digital transformation.

The Regional Office of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom, South Asia is inviting quotations from IT support providers.

Requirements:

• Assistance in procuring technical equipment, including computers, laptops, firewalls, networking devices, and other IT-related hardware and software.
• Coordination with COMDOK, our official IT unit in Germany, to ensure smooth communication and collaboration on IT-related matters.
• Setting up and configuring laptops for employees, ensuring they are ready for use with the necessary software and security settings.
• Providing 24/7 on-call IT support services to promptly address any technical issues or emergencies.
• General upkeep and maintenance of IT equipment, including regular inspections, troubleshooting, and necessary repairs.
• Ensuring the proper functioning of the organization's Local Area Network (LAN) and related network equipment.
• Implementing security measures to safeguard the organization's IT infrastructure and data from potential threats.
• Implementing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

Duration of the contract:

This is a one-year contract starting 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, with potential extension based on performance
