Request for Proposal for Office Space on Rent

Interested parties may submit their proposals with the following details:

i) Details of the Property with Address
ii) Total Area
iii) Rate per Sq ft.
iv) Additional Charges
v) Security Deposit
vi) Property Owner’s Name and Contact Details
vii) Photographs covering different sides of the premises (both interior and exterior)

Parameters              Requirement

Floor Area                 Min:1500 sq ft Max: 3000 sq ft

Location                    Gulshan, Banani, Baridhara

Lease Duration         3 year lease agreement starting from 1 November 2023 (negotiable)

Generator                  24/7 Generator or power back up to be provided by the property owner

Parking                       Minimum 1 designated parking space must be provided

Safety & Security      The facility should offer suitable security measures. The building must have all fire and safety provisions.

Other Amenities        Running water facility, adequate power connection, wiring etc.
