Why is it threatening? - Media disinformation
Among various threats to democracies around the world, media disinformation is the biggest. In our daily life, especially post-covid-19 virus, misleading information (and sharing them) can lead to dramatic events. In this video series, we have touched the depth of peoples awareness around the topic, we saw examples of how cruel disinformation can be in the satire sketch, and also learnt about authoritarian regimes that use disinformation as a tool to mislead it's people in the discussion video.
