IDARA: Empowering Tomorrow’s Lebanese Leaders!
IDARA, launched in June 2023, aims to prepare aspiring leaders for future opportunities. In collaboration with Localised Management Consulting and supported by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF) Lebanon, this initiative strives to promote transformative leadership. The initial phase of IDARA provided university students across Lebanon with a foundation in civic engagement. Led by experts in socio-political fields, it covered a wide range of topics, including political intelligence and team management, significantly enhancing participants' capabilities.

Mentorship and Innovation
Phase two commenced with a strong focus on tailored guidance. Participants received mentorship from professionals focused on enhancing students' presentation and public speaking skills, crucial for effective communication in the modern world. In the final stage, youth applied their newfound knowledge by developing initiatives to support liberal leaders in shaping Lebanon's future. The culminating event on September 23 showcased innovative project ideas, with the winning plans receiving further support for subsequent phases of the program, highlighting the commitment to fostering and empowering promising pioneers.
