ASEAN Research Paper
New Publications on Regionalism in Southeast Asia
We´re proud to present a study on Regionalism, specifically on ASEAN:
ASEAN attracts the attention of large powers within and outside the region and is increasingly seen as a key player in Asia. The paper argues that ASEAN is driven "from above" by states and asks to what extend "forces from below" do have a chance to play a role. "Forces from below" are non-state actors such as business associations, think tanks or civil society organizations. This FNF-funded study was done by WAGI and CALD.
