In a Polarized Brazil, a New Liberal Party Grows Politically
The Bases of Liberalism in Action
Dr. Hans-Dieter Holtzmann stressed that freedom is the engine for a better world and emphasized the need to generate a real and tangible impact in the country through the technical training of candidates, a fundamental task carried out by our counterpart, the Instituto Libertas.
He emphasized the commitment of liberalism to represent an essential alternative within a context of polarization and strong divisions in society. "In these challenging times, we must remember that liberalism gives us the tools to build a more just and prosperous society, it is our responsibility to make use of those tools. Commitment to freedom, justice and sustainability is not only a political responsibility, but a moral duty towards future generations to come."
Dr. Holtzmann had the opportunity to talk bilaterally with the governor of Minas Gerais, Romeu Zema, who in his conversation highlighted the importance of promoting transparency and combating corruption. Zema emphasized the commitment of each of those present to change Brazil, encouraging constant training and individual commitment to transform every corner of the country.

Training of Leaders for Victory
Tiago Mitraud, former Federal Deputy of Brazil and current President of the Instituto Libertas, stressed the importance of preparing party leaders for the upcoming elections. Partido Novo's training center offers campaign and public policy guides, campaign courses and essential tools to build victorious campaigns. The goal is clear: to transform Brazil through solid and strategic training.
Lucas Albuquerque, Executive Manager of Partido Novo, presented an innovative mobilization program for party affiliates. This interactive platform engages party members through a points system, encouraging active participation and offering access to party tools and merchandising products. This playful and participatory approach seeks to strengthen the affiliates' commitment to the liberal cause.
Adriana Ventura, Federal Deputy of the Partido Novo, pointed out that the party has consolidated itself as the largest opposition party to the current government. Ventura detailed how the party is bringing forward significant changes from the opposition, demonstrating that effective political action is possible outside of government.
An Encouraging Liberal Future
Over the weekend in São Paulo politicians from all over Brazil worked together to prepare for the October Municipal Elections and the challenges ahead of the National Elections. Next year, the Partido Novo will celebrate its tenth anniversary since its foundation, marking a decade of growth and consolidation in Brazilian politics.
In a polarized country, the growth of the Partido Novo represents renewed hope for those seeking a liberal and democratic alternative. With a focus on transparency, education and active participation, this new political movement is positioned to make a real difference in Brazil's future.
