Bachar El-Halabi holds a BE in Electrical Engineering and a BA in Political Sciences from the American University of Beirut (AUB). In 2015, he received his LLM in International Law with an emphasis on criminal law and human rights at the National University of Ireland. Bachar is the Senior MENA Analyst for the New York-based ClipperData analytics firm-Istanbul, which offers a worldwide, real-time database of waterborne flows of all crude oil and products and commodity analytics for commodity trading.
