3 - Innovation
- Innovation and invention are not synonyms: An invention is creating a novel concept, procedure, service or device that has not existed before, it does not matter whether it really works or can be commercialised. Innovation is the result of applying new ideas on an existing concept or product to make them better, more useful and available to many.
- Zuse invented the computer, but Gates and Jobs innovated it to personal computers. Innovation is an evolutionary process, accelerated and directed by human ingenuity. It needs the right environment to produce its highest impact, or as Matt Riley has put it so beautifully: “Innovation is the child of freedom and the parent of prosperity”

Is there anything better than playing a game with family and/or friends after all the parties, lunches and dinners? This game is for all who appreciate innovations as the result of a liberal environment and would like to use the quiet time between Christmas and New Year to explore innovations that make our lives better and richer until today.
