IAF Facilitators
Ivabelle Arroyo
When was your first time at IAF?
2020, by Zoom!
What topics have you facilitated at IAF?
Freedom of the Press.
How would you describe IAF in 3 words?
Life changing experience
What impact has working with IAF had on you—professionally or personally?
It opened the doors to the whole world for me and showed me new professional paths.
What do you associate most strongly with IAF?
Methodology, freedom
Can you share a story or moment from your time at IAF that has stayed with you?
I have many memorable moments. Perhaps one of the most important was discovering the "Think to Ignite" method, and one of the funniest was when we got stuck on the Berlin–Gummersbach road and ended up dancing between the cars to pass the time.
What have you learned—about leadership, yourself, or the world—through your work with IAF?
The most important thing I’ve learned is the power of collective thinking — the incredible results that come from bringing together individual intelligence within a structured framework.
How has your role as a facilitator evolved over the years with IAF?
I started without really knowing what I was doing — and above all, without realizing that I was beginning a personal transformation. That transformation is still ongoing.
