Our latest study in collaboration with the Issam Fares Institute at AUB is out! Authored by Ibrahim Jouhari, the paper titled “Sunni voting trends in the 2022 Lebanese parliamentary elections” thoroughly examines the multi-layered role of the Sunni voters in shaping the balance of power in the latest elections, with a special focus on two cities with the most substantial Sunni population.

This study is part of a series of in-depth research papers on the 2022 parliamentary elections, under the ‘Electoral Lab’ initiative that aims to raise awareness on electoral discourse in Lebanon.
