The Workshop on Organizational Behaviour and Leadership was conducted by PKR's Election Training Academy (APK) on 22-23 February in Kuala Lumpur.

The workshop is addressed for party members to allow them to understand the different levels of the organization and the development of leaders at every level. The workshop also pointed out the need for leaders to motivate and engage the party members, to set goals and direction for the party members and push for achievement.

In addition, the workshop also explains the importance of managerial styles and attitudes. These behavior styles are critical as it has an implication towards the organization and its co-operative relationship.
