Strategic Planning For Political Parties

Creating a successful strategy is not an easy task. Especially, when it comes to the influence of support that is essentially and retains it. This seminar focuses on the decision-making process along with actions that provide a compelling picture. The idea can be invested in building a strong strategy from this seminar. In fact, the seminar published planning values that involved trust in the value of integrity. The principle such as “greatness is not where we stand but in what direction we are moving” is the main objective of the strategy.

The seminar was held at the International Academy For Leadership (IAF) based in Gummersbach in German, which runs from 25 September 2022 until 2 October 2022. Among the selected entries from Malaysia are Executive Director Institut Darul Ehsan (IDE) Dato’ Hj Ismail Bin Yusop, representing The People’s Justice Party YB Chang Lih Kang and People’s Movement Party President YB Dominic Lau Hoe Chai. They are representatives from Malaysia. The seminar also consisted of representatives of political parties and party staff involved in strategic planning and management. These representatives are from different countries and have direct experience in developing the best politics with the value of national leadership strategies.

The term value of freedom in an open society is the main priority to achieve the real importance of democracy. The principle to the values of strategy come with the sentences, “Strategie ist ein Denkstil, ein bewusster und

absichtlicher Prozess, ein intensives Umsetzungssystem, die Wissenschaft zur Sicherung des zukünftigen Erfolgs” which is about strategy is a style of thinking, a conscious and deliberate process, an intensive implementation system, the science of insuring future success.

Respecting human rights needs to be placed human dignity at the noble level. The exchange of ideas and collective bargaining will form a new understanding of human life by applying these values. As such, the seminars were successful in shaping the understanding of the living system, a culture of mutual tolerance in peaceful co-existence.

The methodology and the input from this seminar form a light that the routine of the day. It is great knowledge and many unforgettable moments when it comes to the culture of respecting the ideas, the thought, and the value of the tolerated behavior. The competence and culture of prudence in the joint discussion session led to the impact of better self-esteem formation. The best team discussion created a great bonding session.

Strategic planning is essential to achieving success. However, strategic planning requires its participation in the value of good morality by adhering to the principle of “fiqh ta’ayush as-silmi” meaning prioritizing tolerance as the key to leadership characteristics being applied to each life on earth.
