Training Coordination before GE-14

ARK recently conducted a two-day workshop from 12 – 13 May, entitled “Training Coordination before GE-14. It was held at Vivatel, Kuala Lumpur and was attended by 36 people. The participants were from the People’s Justice Party (Parti Keadilan Rakyat) and were leaders at State level. We had participants from Wilayah Persekutuan (Kuala Lumpur), Negeri Sembilan, Johor, Pahang, Kelantan, Perak, Kedah, Pulau Pinang and Perlis. 


The workshop was conducted to enable the participants to have a meaningful discussion on the needs of party members and leaders in regards to training and development. As part of the workshop, ARK also conducted reviews on its core training modules. This was to enable the participants to understand ARK’s role in shaping party member’s political ideology and values and to understand ARK’s approach in imparting knowledge and skills to party members. 

Upon the conclusion of the workshop, the participants shared their views on which programs were most crucial and names of participants who they believed were suitable participants for ARK’s future training programs.
