Training on A-Z of Election Management

Akademi Keadilan (ARK) conducted a training on A-Z of Election Management last weekend, from 18 - 20 August 2017. The training was conducted in Kuala Lumpur and attended by 45 people. 

The participants were mainly leaders in Parti Keadilan Rakyat who will play key roles for their respective Parliamentary constituencies in the upcoming General Elections. 

The training included an overview of election management with a focus on the 5M; Managing Data, Managing Strategies, Managing & Tracking Voters, Managing Logistics and Managing Polling Day.

Through the group work, the participants were taught to calculate the 'Magic Number' and identify their Critical Voter Segment. Other topics that we covered include Messaging and GOTV. 

We also had a special session on Strategy, presented by Dr.Abdul Rahim Ghouse on Saturday evening.
