I'm an industrious, highly personable, and results-oriented Banker, and a marketing professional; yet, currently working in the capacity of Manager at the IT Department of People's Bank. My current responsibilities are involved in overall IT administration,
including assessing outsourced projects and services by the IT department, and vendor-agreements management. Prior to that, my work involved various strata of the operations of the Bank aligned with the Channel management and Retail Banking Department such as Product Management, brand management, New Product and Business Development, Training and Development, and Strategic Planning with proven track records.
I am a dynamic, highly motivated self-driven individual, who has an extensive in-depth experience in Training and Development, am a passionate trainer and speaker.
I have been involved in conducting many workshops and training programs, delivering speeches, etc. for Business Promotion Officers of the Bank, students(under the projects related to Children’s Savings Projects), entrepreneurs in many disciplines across the country (under the projects related to Youth Savings Projects)during my tenure at the Retail Banking Department of the Bank.
I enjoy accepting challenges and am confident enough to be able to deal with difficult situations calmly and professionally. Although I possess high standards of literacy and numeracy, I am committed to continuous personal development and always willing to learn. Conceptualization and instinctive creativity are my biggest strengths, yet, integrity and authenticity are core values in my life.
