Dr. Gaurav Saini co-founded New Delhi-based think tank, the Council for Strategic and Defense Research (CSDR). At CSDR, he leads on
strategy, product design, and partnerships. He is a member of the Quad Think Tank Leaders Network, wherein he collaborates across Quad
nations to shape the narrative on the Indo-Pacific. Dr. Saini’s expertise and interests span foreign policy, geopolitics, strategic culture, defense
industry, regionalism and conflict resolution. He earned his PhD in International Politics from the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
