30 Years of IAF : Celebrating 30 Years of Empowering Leaders: A Legacy of Freedom, Democracy, and Liberal Values

This year, the International Academy for Leadership (IAF) of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom proudly celebrates its 30th anniversary. For three decades, the IAF has been a leading force in promoting liberal values, democracy, and human rights. Through its global network of leaders, activists, and thinkers, the IAF has fostered a generation of individuals and organizations committed to shaping a future rooted in freedom, individual liberty, and democratic principles.

Founded with the vision to strengthen democratic processes and support sustainable leadership in the face of global challenges, the IAF has consistently worked to empower individuals through education, dialogue, and collaboration. Over the years, the Academy has provided innovative programs, training, and resources to political and civil society leaders from around the world, equipping them with the tools they need to drive change and advocate for liberal values in their communities.

As we celebrate this significant milestone, we reflect on the lasting impact the IAF has had in advancing the cause of liberal democracy, supporting democratic reforms, and advocating for freedom and human rights worldwide.
