OUR VOICE

OUR VOICE Photography workshop

As part of the “OurVoice” project, we have proudly wrapped up two successful rounds of workshops on storytelling and mobile photography with the remarkable trainers Erol Gurian and Sara Hteit. The project, which aims to give Syrian refugee communities in Lebanon their own voice, teaches them the art of visual storytelling, visual literacy, and documentary skills. More than 20 young adults took part in this program and ended up producing incredible images and videos with compelling captions to report on their lives at the camp. A beautiful exhibition displaying their work was featured in the closing ceremony, and will be later replicated in the form of a virtual exhibition on the OurVoice website!
