FNF Philippines is Hiring a Project Officer

                                                     
                                                             Job Title:  Project Officer

                                                     Location: Makati City, Philippines

                                            Reports to Project Manager/ Country Director
 

The ideal candidate will work on the following task:

Project Management:

  • Plan, implement, and monitor programs and activities that align with the foundation’s objectives.
  • Prepare detailed project proposals, work plans, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Event Organization:

  • Organize workshops, seminars, training sessions, and public events to promote liberal values.
  • Manage logistics, invitations, materials, and follow-ups for events.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with local partners, civil society organizations, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain partnerships to enhance program impact.

Financial and Administrative Tasks:

  • Ensure proper financial management of project funds in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Prepare financial reports and project documentation.

Communication and Public Relations:

  • Contribute to the foundation’s communication strategies by producing content for newsletters, websites, and social media.
  • Represent the foundation at external events, meetings, and conferences.

Key Requirements:

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, Development Studies, Economics, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in NGOs, think tanks, or international organizations.
  • Experience in event organization and stakeholder coordination is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of German or the local language is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital tools for communication and project management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
