LEADERSHIP TRAINING FOR KEADILAN SABAH WOMEN’S

The Leadership Training for Keadilan Sabah Women’s was held on 2nd and 3rd March at Lahad Datu, Sabah.  It was attended by 30 participants comprised of Keadilan Women’s leaders from 9 Sabah East Coast Division.  This module was specially designed to empower and equip the women’s leaders with the right knowledge and skills so that they will be able to discharge their duties as leaders in the new government effectively.

The content of the modules encompassed various aspect of politics and governing such as in social, economy and community development.  Participants were required to complete and submit pre-training assignment.  Then they were asked to prepare their actual work plan within the training duration. This will enable them to apply what they have learned in this training immediately.
