About Naumann Academy: Nauman MENA Academy, a forward-thinking project, is strategically designed to drive sustainability and build robust networks and alumni across the MENA region. Its 2024-2026 Four Strategic goals are focused on enhancing the political capabilities of youth and partners, advancing economic development for women, fostering cross-cultural dialogue, and exploring the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in politics. To achieve these objectives, the academy orchestrates a series of interconnected activities.

Following this, the workshop “SHE LEADS: EMPOWERING WOMEN IN THE MENA,” scheduled for October 7, 2024, aims to strengthen entrepreneurial skills and leadership among women. These activities are integral to the academy's mission of creating sustainable change and establishing a dynamic network of engaged alumni who will continue to drive progress and collaboration in the region.
