Members of the FNF Philippines team posed a photo with Dr. Rene Klaff during his visit today.

During his visit, he provided updates from the Head Office, while the FNF Philippines team presented their projects and plans for 2024. Dr. Klaff also discussed potential strategies to enhance the Foundation's impact in the country.

Accompanied by Moritz Kleine-Brockhoff, head of the FNF South East and East Asia Regional Office, Dr. Almut Besold, Country Director of FNF Philippines, and Yanyan Arana, Project Manager of FNF Philippines, Dr. Klaff also met with several key partner organizations.

These included the Liberal Party of the Philippines, the Center for Liberalism and Democracy, the Council of Asian Liberals and Democrats, Rappler, and the German Embassy in Manila.

Through this, Dr. Klaff gained insight into their projects, and ensured their alignment with the Foundation’s objectives, mission, and vision.

This engagement marked the first opportunity in a long time to synchronize global strategies with local initiatives in the Philippines which helps in enhancing communication and coordination between the headquarters and local offices.
