Everyone can have a financial emergency at one time or another. Due to illness, unpredictable events, or bureaucratic hurdles in foreigners' law, you suddenly find yourself unable to pay the rent or an urgent flight home. This is where the Solidarity Fund helps all students and doctoral students, and in particular the fellows and former fellows of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom. The Solidarity Fund was founded in 2002 as the "Solidarity Fund for Students and Graduates" by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF) and the Association of Fellows and Former Fellows (VSA) and is recognized as a non-profit organization.
Do you need support from the Solidarity Fund?
You can send a request for support as an informal application directly by email to begabtenfoerderung@freiheit.org. In your application, you should provide detailed reasons for your current situation and the need for financial support. You can contact us by e-mail if you have any questions about supporting the Solidarity Fund.
