FNF Ukraine Team

We are looking for a Project Coordinator for our Kyiv office from 1 January 2022

WE ARE

the liberal German political foundation, engaged in civic education, international dialogue and political consultancy. Through our projects, we promote freedom, civil liberties, human rights and a social market economy in Germany and in about 60 countries worldwide. Our representation in Kyiv is responsible for Ukraine and Belarus.

YOU WILL

• take care of the existing cooperation with our Ukrainian and Belarusian partners and develop new fruitful partnerships and projects
• supervise and control both content and administrative requirements of partner events 
• analyse political developments and elaborate our response to them 
• organize and facilitate events all over Ukraine 
• support the project director in the strategic development of the project 

YOU BRING

• a master’s degree in social and political sciences, law, economics or other relevant disciplines 
• experience in project management, politics or civic education; experience in working with political parties is an asset
• in-depth understanding of current political, social and economic affairs of Ukraine, expertise on Belarus is an advantage
• the ability and willingness to carefully manage both strategic and administrative work
• proficiency in Ukrainian and English; German is an asset
• ability and willingness to travel, predominantly in Ukraine 
• a liberal worldview and readiness to acquire more knowledge on liberal politics
• tolerance and respect for every individual regardless of their background
