What is new on Philippine Competition Commission ?

Myanmar Competition Commission (MmCC) paid a study visit to the Philippine Competition Commission on May 7 – 10, organized and funded by FNF Myanmar and GIZ COMPETE Project. The Myanmar Competition Commission delegation composed of 11 commissioners and 3 officers was led by its Chairman, Dr Than Myint visited to the Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) allowing the PCC as a young competition authority to share its developments, lessons and challenges to the latest organized competition authority in Southeast Asia. the PCC Chairman, Arsenio M. Balisacan and commissioners briefed to the MmCC , its structure, procedures, learnings, and cases that have shaped the Commission. Myanmar Competition Commission was formed by 11 commissioners on 31st, October ,2018.
