Jörg Dehnert
Regional Director - FNF MENA
Jörg holds a Master's degree in Political Science and History from Münster University. He started working for FNF in June 1993 at the Theodor Heuss Academy as Head of the departments of "Liberalism". He is the founding Director of the International Academy for Leadership, he directed from 1995 onwards until he moved to Istanbul in 2006 as Project Director Turkey. From 2012 until 2018 he moved to Buenos Aires as Project Director for Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay until he installed the new office in Lima for the Andean Counties (Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuala) and became the first Project Director. Being assigned as Interim Regional Director MENA in July 2022, he formaly took over this position on February 1st 2023.
Isabel Kreifels
Regional Project Manager - FNF MENA
Isabel has gained valuable professional experience in various fields prior to this role. Until recently, she demonstrated her organisational skills as Project Manager at a London-based international company specialising in web solutions. In previous roles, she had the privilege of serving as Office Manager for the spokesperson of the FDP parliamentary group for domestic policy in North Rhine-Westphalia as well as Research Assistant at the research institute "Safety and Violence Initiative" in South Africa
In 2017, she obtained her master´s degree in International Relations from the University of Cape Town. Prior to this, she received her bachelor´s degree in European Studies from Maastricht University in 2014.
Majd Ismail
Office Manger - FNF MENA
A versatile and uniquely experienced organizer. Before entering the world of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation, Ms. Ismail held different managerial and organizational positions in a wide range of industries like diplomacy, the art trade, and hotel management. With a purposeful and passionate change to make the world a better, freer place. Ms. Ismail has decided to dedicate her skills and grow them by working on an international scale. This is why she is committed to being a resourceful Regional Office Manager at FNF – MENA.
Yasmeen Alnajdawi
Project Coordinator - FNF MENA
Yasmeen Alnajdawi is passionate about community justice and equal opportunities for all people around the world. She holds a BSc degree in Industrial Engineering & management systems with more than nine years of working experience, she joined FNF – MENA family in Jan.2023 with a full motivational desire to be an exceptional Project Coordinator/ for the MENA region.
Haytham Al Tawalbeh
Regional Head of Communication and Social Media - FNF MENA
Haytham is a professional with extensive experience in the field of communication and graphic design. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, he leverages his technical background to bring a unique perspective to his work. Haytham's journey with FNF Jordan began in 2017, where he participated in one of the organization's programs and quickly displayed his exceptional skills in communication, marketing, and event planning. After two years as a Communication Officer, Haytham was promoted to the role of Regional Head of Communication and Social Media (MENA), where he is responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans, managing social media presence, and overseeing events and campaigns. With expertise in brand management, stakeholder engagement, and digital marketing.
Areej Khreeis
Project Coordinator AHLN & Networks - FNF MENA
Areej Khreeis has more than twelve years of experience with International organizations in the MENA region, mainly, Democracy and Political Participation programs. She’s experienced in designing programs, material development, capacity building, reporting, monitoring and evaluation and learning.Areej is an expert trainer of political campaigns, advocacy and grassroots initiatives, debates, digital storytelling, gender, and media. she has provided consultations and support in different capacities in multiple organizations and countries.
Shahira Ali
Ronetta Shikakhwa
Ronetta Shikakhwa ist als Finance Coordinator and Auditor im Regionalbüro der FNF MENA tätig. Im Jahr 2002 hat sie einen Abschluss am Rosary Sisters College erhalten und 2006 bekam sie ihren Abschluss der Actuarial Science von der University of Jordan. Sie hat sehr umfangreiche
Dina Wadie arbeitet seit Mai 2010 als Internal Auditor für die FNF. Ihr primärer Fokus liegt auf dem Durchführen von Finanz- und Betriebsprüfungen von Projekten der FNF. Sie hat ihre Abeit als Auditor der Caritas Internationale begonnen. Ihre Erfahrungen beinhaltet auch verschiedenene Buchhaltungs- und Betriebsprüfungsaufgaben bei nicht profitablen Projekten. Sie besitzt einen Bachelor of Sience in Accounting der Ain-Shams University „French Section“, da sie den Abschluss an der fanzösisch katholischen Schule von Notre Dame gemacht hat.
Ihr gefällt es sehr, in diesem Bereich zu arbeiten, weil dies ihrer Meinung nach genau das richtige für eine analytische und organisierte Person wie sie ist. Die Kentniss darüber, dass ihre Arbeit Einfluss auf die Stiftung im finanziellen und organisatorischen Bereich hat, motiviert sie hierbei besonders.
